Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@maiababy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@maiababy.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or offer a replacement where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Opened test strips

  • Any item not in its original condition

This does not affect your statutory rights.
