Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel a purchase option or subscription at any time before the next billing or fulfilment date.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@maiababy.co.uk with your order details. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before processing to ensure the order is not dispatched.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and our standard returns policy will apply.
